Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales at The Country Café

Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the manager and are not guaranteed.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
For canceled events, refunds will be processed automatically unless an alternate solution is agreed upon.
In the case of rescheduling, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date unless otherwise specified.

Age Restrictions
Guests must meet the event’s posted age requirements. Valid identification may be required for entry, especially for events serving alcohol.
Code of Conduct
The Country Cafe reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest behaving inappropriately, intoxicated, or causing disruption.
Patrons are expected to respect performers, staff, and fellow guests.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry or seating. Entry will be subject to management’s discretion and event logistics.

Menu Offerings
Food, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks are available for purchase during events. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 or older with valid identification.
The Country Cafe reserves the right to deny alcohol service to any guest at its discretion.
Consumption Responsibility
Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. The Country Cafe is not liable for damages, injuries, or incidents resulting from excessive or irresponsible consumption.

Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The Country Cafe is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Assumption of Risk
Attending an event may involve certain risks. By purchasing a ticket, you assume all risks related to attending the event, including but not limited to physical injury or exposure to loud noise levels.

Media Policy
Guests are welcome to take photos and short video clips (under 30 seconds) for personal use, including sharing on social media. However, we ask that this is done discreetly, ensuring it does not disrupt the performance, other guests, or venue staff.
Any filming, photography, or media capture intended for commercial purposes, including but not limited to promotional use, broadcasting, and professional publication, is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from The Country Café management.
Some artists may request a “no recording” policy for their performances. If this is the case, we will communicate this in advance, and we ask all guests to respect their wishes. Similarly, please be mindful of other guests who may not wish to be filmed or photographed.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded by The Country Cafe for promotional purposes unless you notify staff otherwise.

The Country Cafe is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during events unless caused by proven negligence on the part of our staff or management.

The Country Cafe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply immediately to all transactions and interactions thereafter.
